Chef de Rang 100% in season or permanent position (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Leading your own service station in the à la carte restaurants at Pilatus Kulm with cash handling
- Evening and breakfast service (half board) as well as service at banquets and large events
- Operating the cash register in the self-service outlets
- Preparing daily reports
- Preparation and follow-up work for a smooth service operation
- Two to three evening shifts per week including overnight stays on the mountain
You bring
- A warm, communicative, and service-oriented personality
- Enjoyment of guest contact
- Completed training in the restaurant industry or several years of professional experience in à la carte and banquet service
- Good German language skills, any foreign language is an advantage
- Team spirit, resilience, flexibility
