Our client is an established Swiss software company with around 200 employees, specialising in Extended Enterprise Software and digital collaboration. For the location in Central Switzerland, an experienced leader is sought to be responsible for the internal IT infrastructure and to lead the IT team both professionally and personally. The position combines strategic leadership responsibility with operational involvement in day-to-day business and offers the opportunity to actively further develop the IT landscape.
- Further development of cloud, workplace, and identity architecture
- Professional and personnel management of the internal IT team
- Management of IT projects, budgets, licences, and external service providers
- Ensuring stable IT operations including information security and disaster recovery
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft platforms, cloud environments, and information security
- Practical experience in endpoint management, IT service processes, and incident management
- Strong organisational and communication skills as well as a strong service orientation

Profile
- Several years of experience in leading and technically managing IT teams, complemented by a solid computer science education- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft platforms, cloud environments, and information security
- Practical experience in endpoint management, IT service processes, and incident management
- Strong organisational and communication skills as well as a strong service orientation
