Your main responsibilities:
- Ensure the overall management of FM mandates (hard & soft services) while respecting quality, cost, and deadline objectives.
- Be the central point of contact with clients, maintain a relationship of trust, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Supervise and coordinate technical concierges and maintenance teams, ensuring the proper execution of daily interventions.
- Leverage your technical knowledge in small installations to guide, advise, and support teams in their activities.
- Manage and monitor the completion of small-scale works, from planning to acceptance, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor budgetary aspects, analyze financial results, and propose optimization measures.
- Lead continuous improvement and sustainable development projects within your mandates.
- Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and safety requirements.
- Higher education in the technical field, Facility Management, or equivalent.
- Proven experience (min. 3-5 years) in managing FM mandates or contracts.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and results orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office, FM management software).
- Fluency in French (spoken and written), German or English is an asset.
