Who are we?
The Directorate of Territorial Development, Infrastructure, Mobility and Environment DIME ensures, through its services, responsible development of the territory and mobility, adequate environmental protection, provision of a high-performance, safe and needs-adapted transport infrastructure, and effective management of real estate assets. The field of sustainable development and agglomeration policy also depend on it.
The General Secretariat, a staff unit, assists and advises the Head of the Directorate in their daily management activities. Its mission is particularly to coordinate the affairs of the Directorate or those of the services attached to the Directorate.

Your missions
As a scientific collaborator within the General Secretariat of DIME, you contribute to the development and implementation of the Directorate's strategic activities. In this capacity, you are responsible for:
- supporting and advising the Director
- analysing and exploiting data
- preparing, analysing and monitoring strategic files
- leading and coordinating institutional and cross-cutting projects, particularly in the field of mobility plans
- writing reports, analytical notes and decision support documents
- participating in the preparation of responses to parliamentary interventions
Desired profile
- Master's degree in political economy, political science or an equivalent field
- Proven experience in project management, development and coordination
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage several files simultaneously
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to defend a position and to operate in an institutional environment
- Advisory skills, team spirit, communication and service orientation
- Sense of public interest and good understanding of public administration issues
- Perfect command of the French language with very good knowledge of German, or vice versa
