YOUR TASKS

• You lead a team of nine employees and are responsible for personnel and organisational management
• You actively participate in day-to-day operations and ensure the proper processing of medical devices
• You conduct employee discussions, set objectives, and perform status assessments
• Recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new employees are also part of your responsibilities
• You promote and support the professional and personal development of your team and maintain a respectful, constructive feedback and team culture
• You hold budget responsibility in close collaboration with the Head of Operating and Intervention Rooms

YOUR PROFILE

• You have further training as a Technical Sterilisation Assistant (STE II) or training as a Medical Device Technologist
• Several years of professional experience in the Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD)
• Ideally, you have already gained leadership experience
• You bring experience in quality management
• Confident handling of relevant IT systems such as HIS, Instacount, and the MS Office package
• You are resilient, flexible, and assertive
