At the Leibstadt nuclear power plant, we shape the energy future – and you shape the people agenda together with the power plant management. In your role as Head of HR KKL, you are responsible for the conception and implementation of strategic HR initiatives with a focus on project and change management. You work closely with the power plant management and executives and sustainably shape our HR governance.
Your tasks:
- Conceptual development and implementation of the HR strategy in line with the KKL strategy
- Overall responsibility for all operational HR areas (recruiting, personnel development, payroll, HR administration)
- Building, further developing, and implementing efficient and modern people processes and products
- Sparring partner of the power plant management in all HR-relevant topics
- Responsibility for HR topics related to organizational changes and transformation processes
Your profile:
- Completed studies (business administration, law, or similar) and several years of professional experience in a leading HR function
- Personality with a high strategic implementation orientation, decisiveness, empathy, willingness to change, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Sound knowledge in change management, strategic HR management, and labor law
- Proven experience in leading HR projects (end-to-end), including stakeholder management and implementation
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills (data-driven decisions, HR controlling, KPI interpretation)
- Very good Excel skills
