Food Quality Assurance Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You monitor the production process and ensure compliance with our strict quality requirements through in-process controls and the management of the LIMS

• You inspect and evaluate raw materials and commercial products, thus making a significant contribution to the safety of our food

• You handle complaints and deviations, investigate the causes, and contribute to the implementation of optimisation measures

• You conduct internal audits and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of our processes and quality standards

What do I need to be successful?

• You have a basic education in the food sector (e.g. food technologist, baker, or chef) and ideally bring some experience from industrial food production

• You care about quality and food safety and enjoy working carefully, in a structured manner, and independently

• You are comfortable using MS Office and have an interest in digital systems and documentation

• You communicate openly, enjoy working with different departments, and actively contribute your ideas
