SAP Cloud Operations Advisor (f/m/d) Security and Integration
Role Summary
As a Cloud Operations Advisor for Security and Integration, you act as an expert and strategic partner to SAP’s Swiss customers and account teams for security, data protection, compliance, integration, and cloud operations topics. You work with data protection officers, security & operations heads, and integration specialists to define frameworks that allow our customers to securely adopt, integrate, and run SAP cloud solutions across complex, hybrid IT environments. You stay up to date on the latest security and data protection standards, SAP cloud operation developments, and integration technologies.
What You Bring
- Security and data protection leadership: You understand general and industry-specific security and compliance standards, frameworks, and controls, and you know how to apply them pragmatically to protect data, systems, and business continuity.
- AI security & compliance: You understand the specific challenges of running AI workloads in a secure and compliant way and how to address them.
- Cloud architecture & operations expertise: You have a thorough understanding of cloud operating models and the respective organizational structures.
- Integration depth: You have experience connecting SAP landscapes with third-party and legacy systems to enable seamless end-to-end business processes.
- Executive-grade communication: You translate architectural decisions and risk posture into language business stakeholders can act on — and you build trust at all levels.
- Industry and regulatory awareness: You understand compliance, global security obligations, and industry-specific operational requirements, and you incorporate them into every recommendation.
- Curiosity and currency: You stay ahead of emerging technologies, evolving threats, and operational best practices — and you bring that perspective to customers and colleagues.
What You’ll Do
- Advise on risk, compliance, and readiness: support customer sales cycles by addressing security, identity, and data protection topics. Engage with customers on SAP security standards and capabilities, and how they address their security & compliance requirements. Recommend controls, remediation paths, and governance models that mitigate risk without slowing innovation.
- Partner across industries: Work with SAP architects and account teams across all sectors to address customer-specific security, integration, and operational challenges, strengthening SAP’s position as a trusted advisor.
- Shape cloud operating models: Support customers in designing and evolving their target operating model for cloud operations — including roles, processes, monitoring, and escalation frameworks in line with SAP’s cloud operation standards.
- Drive secure integration across the landscape: Design and validate integration models that connect SAP solutions with external applications and services, enabling streamlined, automated business processes.
- Participate actively in SAP’s security and compliance community to keep up to date with the latest developments and exchange best practices.
- Act as SAP Switzerland’s Security & Data Protection Officer and collaborate with regional and global teams and the market unit management to ensure compliant and secure processes and behavior.
Where You Belong
- You join a customer-focused, high-trust culture where expertise is shared, not siloed.
- You work in an inclusive environment that values different perspectives and invests in professional growth.
- You collaborate with specialists who are redefining how enterprises run securely and intelligently in the cloud.
- You contribute directly to SAP’s leadership in secure, integrated, cloud-driven business transformation — and you are recognized accordingly with competitive, locally compliant compensation.
Ready to make enterprise cloud secure, integrated, and operationally excellent? We look forward to meeting You!
