What you can achieve
- You and your team ensure the smooth production process of the ricotta, mozzarella, and cottage cheese plants.
- You monitor the filling process of the production and ensure the continuous optimization of plant efficiency.
- You support your team during the shift as well as during holiday replacements and have no problem working on Saturdays.
- As a leader, you actively promote the further development of your employees, support them in learning, and help them to best develop their talents and potential.
- You are co-responsible for carrying out cleaning and its control, you plan repairs and maintenance, and support the commissioning of new plants.
- This position offers you the chance to start as a team leader and, if suitable, to develop into the deputy head of the entire fresh cheese specialty production.
What you bring with you
- You have completed training in dairy or food technology with further education (HF/FH/FS1/FS2) or a degree in the food sector.
- Ideally, you already have leadership experience in an industrial environment.
- Your structured way of working and your open manner help you to support your team well.
- You are a doer type and act pragmatically and process-oriented; communication, persuasion, and assertiveness are part of your personality.
- You are used to working with common MS Office tools and SAP, and you master the German language spoken and written.
