What is my role?

• Deputising for the workshop management

• Coordination and organisation of the workshop team

• Responsibility for quality assurance

• Coordination of repairs

• Support from the quotation to the invoice

• Technical advice to customers and internal employees

• Co-responsibility for the supervision of apprentices

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training in the truck, agricultural machinery or construction machinery sector.

• Further training as a technician or master craftsman is an advantage

• Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility

• Technical understanding and manual skills

• Organisational talent and structured way of working

• Assertiveness and strong communication skills
