Your new job

• Group-wide responsibility for the topic of cybersecurity from the perspective of the second line of defense, ensuring cyber resilience, developing the cyber risk strategy
• Establishment and management of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) (ISO 27001 or equivalent)
• Management of security risks along banking processes including risk appetite, controls, reporting to executive management and the bank council
• Development and implementation of awareness exercises on the topic of cybersecurity
• Issuance of technical concepts, directives and standards that represent binding requirements for all departments
• Leadership of the security expert group
• Proactive management and further development of strategies in dealing with new technologies such as cloud, AI, quantum cryptography, among others

What we benefit from

• University degree with a focus on computer sciences, engineering or similar disciplines
• Several years of professional experience in the field of information security ideally including further training and leadership experience
• Strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility
• Experience with bank-specific requirements, especially FINMA circulars (e.g. outsourcing, operational risks, governance)
• Practical experience with security operations, threat management, incident handling and crisis organization
