You review and assess tenders during the bidding phase.

You calculate new construction and renovation projects and identify optimization potential.

You develop economical and innovative entrepreneurial solutions.

You advise planners and clients on technical and calculation-related questions.

You develop concepts for construction site installations, construction processes, and construction programs.

You support the department heads in acquisitions and contract negotiations.

You have completed training as a master builder, construction manager, or civil engineer.

You bring professional experience in a comparable position.

You think entrepreneurially, work independently, and negotiate confidently.

You are well versed in MS Office and Baubit, ideally also with BIM.
