About the job

Based in the Fribourg region, we are a family business since 1946. Leader in the distribution and dissemination of books and multimedia products in French-speaking Switzerland, we are committed to making them present and visible in the widest variety of places.

For our English Books department, we are looking for a Product Manager for the field of language teaching materials and academic books.

Your mission

• Purchase of school and academic books in English and German
• Stock control management with support from the management
• Contacts with customers and suppliers
• Sales promotion
• Development and implementation of promotions and customer events
• Market observation
• Visits to the most important international trade fairs in the sector

Your profile

• Completed bookseller training or person in professional retraining with experience in a bookshop
• Good knowledge of German and French, both spoken and written, as well as English
• Customer and market-oriented mindset and actions
• Stress resistance, solution orientation, reliability, communication skills and personal initiative
• Knowledge of IT tools (MS Office, etc.)
