In this versatile role, you will share responsibility with the management for exciting garden renovation and planning projects and actively contribute to the company’s success.

your tasks

• Management of construction-related work preparation and professional leadership of the teams on site
• Responsibility for customer acquisition, quotations, billing and post-calculation
• Competent advice to customers from the initial idea to handover
• Active and hands-on assistance as a landscaper in the ongoing operation, if required
  

your skills

• Completed vocational training as a landscaper EFZ
• Successful further training as a senior gardener or master gardener with several years of professional experience
• Solid experience with industry software SORBA, Vectorworks and MS Office
• Proven experience in staff management and enjoyment of daily customer contact
• Organisational talent, goal-oriented thinking as well as an honest, loyal and communicative manner
