MACHINE OPERATOR/ORDER PREPARATION - on site
- Preparing orders (print specification, tools, colour mixing according to entered recipes)
- Ordering and distributing consumables for production
- Plasma pre-treatment (surface cleaning of raw material) of orders
- Refilling solvents and additives
- Refilling colours in the mixing system and in the filling system
- Inventory of all colours and additives
- Pre-cleaning and preparing rondelles
- Recording and managing documents and clichés
- Operating the dispenser systems
- Cleaning paint pots as well as cleaning work on the systems and in the department
- Storage and retrieval according to specified priorities
- Adhering to quality standards according to our applicable guidelines
- Correctly logging in and out in the Cronetwork system
- Recording and posting orders
- Reporting deviations and irregularities to the supervisor
- Passing on information during shift handover
- Assisting with the induction and training of new employees
- Providing support in other areas if needed
- Knowledge in handling colours and solvents
- Logistics specialist with federal certificate (EFZ) is an advantage
- Precise, clean working method, high quality awareness
