To strengthen the IT team of our client, we are looking for a committed individual as a System Engineer (m/f/d). In this role, you are responsible for the reliable operation and continuous development of the internal IT infrastructure. You work solution-oriented, take responsibility, and contribute with your expertise to sustainably and future-oriented develop the IT landscape.
- Managing Remote Desktop Services
- Support with heart and mind (remote and on-site)
- Microsoft 365 environment (planning, commissioning, migration, consulting)
- Designing, implementing and maintaining IT systems & networks (firewall, switches, APs)
- Co-design and further development of RMM and monitoring systems
- Independent error analysis and troubleshooting of customer systems
- Experience in managing complex IT systems and networks
- Sound knowledge of Windows Server, client OS, virtualisation & cloud technologies
- Team player with humour, strong communication skills and a touch of creativity
- Customer-oriented, resilient and reliable
- Driving licence category B is an advantage

Profile
- IT specialist EFZ (specialising in system technology) with approx. 10 years of professional experience as a system engineer- Experience in managing complex IT systems and networks
- Sound knowledge of Windows Server, client OS, virtualisation & cloud technologies
- Team player with humour, strong communication skills and a touch of creativity
- Customer-oriented, resilient and reliable
- Driving licence category B is an advantage
