• You will care for and support our residents, taking into account their individual habits and resources
• You will support the entire care team within the framework of our primary nursing concept and ensure professional care for the residents
• You will be responsible for various household tasks
• You will enable our residents to participate in everyday, meaningful activities

• Completed training as an Assistant in Health and Social Care or Care Assistant
• Knowledge and experience in gerontological/geriatric care
• Willingness to work irregular hours, weekend shifts, and split shifts
• User knowledge of common Office tools
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written

• A competent, highly committed, and cheerful team
• Good induction
• High personal responsibility with appropriate scope for creativity
• Support in acquiring new professional skills and very good further training opportunities (90% of costs covered, 100% of working time)
