Do-It Sales Advisor (m/f/d)

Mission

Put your expertise at the service of the Do-it sector, particularly in the carpentry, paint, masonry, tiling and construction departments
Advise customers professionally, contribute to the store's appeal and ensure impeccable presentation of merchandise in accordance with our internal concepts
Manage the assortment, from product ordering to shelving
Handle requests, complaints and after-sales service
Provide support to other store departments as needed

You show a keen interest in sales and place customer satisfaction at the centre of your priorities through your sense of welcome, advice, as well as your rigour and accuracy
You ideally hold a Federal VET Diploma as a retail manager or recognised training in the wood or sales sector, along with several years of experience in a similar role
You are fluent in French, both spoken and written, and communicate easily with customers and your professional environment
You know how to take initiative, are organised, responsible and enjoy teamwork
You are in good physical condition, flexible and appreciate varied work
