About the job
We are ELCA, one of the largest Swiss IT tribes with over 2,300 experts. We are multicultural and have offices in Switzerland, Spain, France, Vietnam and Mauritius.
For us, Agentic Engineering is no longer an experiment, but the new standard for project implementation. Through practical use of our own approach, we know: The challenge is not in the technology, but in guaranteeing high quality as the pace increases. At the interface of technology, methodology and customer relationship, you as an Agentic Solution Architect are responsible for architectural decisions and actively shape the next level of expansion.
Your tasks
As an Agentic Solution Architect, you are the architectural backbone of our Agentic Engineering projects at ELCA. Depending on the project, you work on-site at the customer or in-house at your preferred ELCA location in Zurich or Bern.
You design and are responsible for the overall architecture of AI-driven software solutions: From the layering between human expertise, AI agents and LLM tools to ensuring quality, security and traceability in enterprise projects
You lead the Agentic Planning phase with AI agents (Analyst, PM, Architect, UX) and create specifications (prd), architecture (Arc42), test concept and domain model as binding basis for implementation
You define and implement quality standards in Agentic projects and ensure compliance with ELCA coding guidelines
You advise our customers on the introduction of Agentic Engineering, assess existing system landscapes for their Agentic potential and create practical modernisation roadmaps
You actively shape the ELCAi method and the ELCA Agentic Engineering platform and drive their further development in close coordination with the Agentic Engineering team
You contribute significantly to the bidding phase: You define solution approaches, create technical concepts and convincingly present Agentic Engineering solutions to customers and internally
You position ELCA as a pioneer in the field of Agentic Engineering in Switzerland and represent our approach at specialist conferences and in the professional community
Our offer
A dynamic working environment at the cutting edge of software development. You shape how enterprise software is built in the AI era.
Various opportunities to continuously expand your knowledge in AI architecture, Agentic Engineering and enterprise delivery

A flat hierarchy and a culture of collaboration across all disciplines
The chance to change people’s lives by building great software
Work-life balance (41 hrs/week with flexible hours, possibility for home office, at least 25 days holiday), ergonomic and flexible workplace in a multicultural environment

Your profile

8+ years experience in software and enterprise architecture, including at least 3 years in a leadership role on large projects
Solid knowledge of architecture frameworks such as Arc42, domain-driven design and microservices architectures

Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand and communicate complex system landscapes clearly
Experience in advising enterprise customers, in bid preparation and in presenting technical concepts at decision-making level
