What you can achieve
- Coordination and administration in the Facility Management Office (Back office & PMO support)
- First level support as well as processing and coordination of service deployments (Order Management)
- Control and monitoring of service workflows including completion of completed orders in the CAFM system
- Ensuring correct service billing as well as checking order and service data
- Processing orders and material procurement in SAP including goods receipt recording
- Checking and posting of creditor invoices as well as resolving discrepancies between order, delivery and invoice
- Administrative tasks and support with quotations, key and bathroom management as well as office and material management
- Support in the training of commercial apprentices
What you bring with you
- Commercial basic training
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role, preferably in an industrial environment
- Communicative personality with a strong service orientation
- Flexibility, resilience as well as solution-oriented thinking and acting
- Good MS Office, CAFM and SAP knowledge
- Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
