The Employer team of the Lucerne Compensation Office reviews and manages the individual accounts of our insured persons, maintains contact with the employers of the canton of Lucerne, and is the hub when it comes to salaries and their social insurance deductions. In addition, the insurance coverage of employees is a central focus of this team.

• You are responsible for the professional and personnel management of a team of 14 part-time and full-time employees.
• You coach your employees, ensure professional development, and create a motivating work environment.
• Together with your team, you ensure smooth case processing.
• You coordinate, organize, and review the pending tasks and promote collaboration with other departments.
• You contribute to the implementation of the corporate strategy and the continuous optimization of interfaces.

• You bring several years of commercial professional experience, ideally with knowledge of social insurances.
• You already have leadership experience and leadership training or are willing to complete such training.
• You are a confident personality and firmly grounded.
• You work structured, reliable, precisely, and communicate clearly and competently.
• You are familiar with the digital world and open to new things.
• You already have knowledge of AHVG, AHVV, and WL or are willing to acquire it.
