- You are the first point of contact for our customers regarding all questions related to IT products and advise them competently, friendly, and solution-oriented via email, phone, and chat.
- You efficiently and carefully handle customer orders and inquiries, ensuring a smooth process.
- You provide information on prices, availability, and our e-shop, helping our customers quickly find the right product.
- In close communication with our internal departments – such as customer service, purchasing, or accounting – you ensure that everything runs smoothly and the customer is at the center.
- With your market understanding and product knowledge, you quickly recognize customer needs and offer suitable, attractive alternatives from our range.
- You work independently, but never alone. A helpful team and a supportive manager are there for you.
This is what you bring
- You have completed training in retail or a related field and have at least two years of experience in internal service, ideally in the IT sector or a comparable field.
- You recognize customer needs in no time: You listen carefully, advise solution-oriented, and act with empathy and a dose of healthy pragmatism.
- A professional appearance and good manners are just as important to you as respectful and friendly interaction with customers and colleagues.
- You have very good German and French language skills, both spoken and written.
- You enjoy working in a team, and a collegial atmosphere and mutual support are a matter of course for you.
- Reliability, resilience, and determination describe you well – you take action, remain calm even in hectic moments, and always find the right way.
