About the job

Welcome to Spitex 24 AG. We provide nursing, care, and housekeeping services in the cantons of Aargau, Zug, and Zurich.

To strengthen our team at the location on Pfingstweidstrasse in Zurich (right next to Hardbrücke) and in Baden/Windisch, we are looking for a case manager (Case Management, Care Management) for a workload of 80-100%. Are you looking to start working in an office and still want to be active in the healthcare sector with meaningful tasks? Then we have the right position for you.

What you will do:

Personal consultation of clients
Management of up to 30 nursing staff
Office tasks such as care planning, writing prescriptions, and organizing aids
Personal contact with involved relatives, doctors, health insurance companies, public services, and clinics
Support in recruitment (conducting interviews)

What you bring with you:

Certified nurse (HF/FH) or equivalent training or recognition from the SRK
Efficient, independent, and speedy working style
High communication skills with all stakeholders and very good German skills
Proactive type with organizational talent and strong assertiveness
Driver's license category B
