- Creation and processing of service and spare parts orders
- Maintenance of customer master data and CRM systems
- Management and invoicing of service contracts
- Performing general administrative tasks in the service area
- Several years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Very good German and French skills, both spoken and written
- Independent, structured and precise way of working
- SAP and English skills are an advantage

Profile
- Completed commercial basic training or comparable further education- Several years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Very good German and French skills, both spoken and written
- Independent, structured and precise way of working
- SAP and English skills are an advantage
