Your tasks
- Co-responsibility for the organisation and coordination of the Nursing HF and FH training programmes
- Participation in the selection of students
- Continuous professional support and advice for students
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of department-specific teaching
- Coaching and further training of vocational trainers
- Co-design of the company training concept
- Collaboration with training partners
- Ongoing engagement with professional and pedagogical topics
- Participation in projects and working groups
Your profile
- Qualified nurse FH or HF
- Professional experience in the field of psychiatry
- Further training in vocational pedagogy, or willingness to undertake such training
- Experience in supporting trainees
- A flair for teaching and advising
- High level of empathy and assertiveness
- Independent, responsible work organisation
- Team and cooperation skills
- Confident use of common IT programmes
