Tasks
- Take professional and personnel leadership of a motivated production team
- Plan and organise production processes efficiently
- Ensure quality, deadlines, productivity, costs, and occupational safety
- Support and promote employees in daily business
- Continuously improve processes, workflows, and resource utilisation
Requirements
- Completed technical training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, toolmaker, or equivalent
- Further training as a process or production specialist, HF technician in mechanical engineering, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in production planning or manufacturing control
- Leadership experience or willingness to take on a management role
- Proficient use of ERP systems and good MS Office skills
