Fullstack DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)

Our 9-member DevOps team Hulk is a well-coordinated team of fullstack developers and business engineers. Following the DevOps approach, you operate and develop three applications: the payment service layer, a modern cloud-based solution for handling payment investigations, and from November 2026 a new application for interbank charges. Through transparency, shorter lead times, and a self-service offering, you create a new customer experience in payments.

You bring a high willingness to learn, broad IT competence, and experience in agile working methods such as Kanban, Scrum, or SAFe. You enjoy modern application development and want to take responsibility for operation and further development together with your team.

• Implementing requirements in the backend (Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Linux) and frontend (TypeScript, Angular, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3)
• Being responsible for the further development and stable operation of our systems within the DevOps philosophy
• Supporting the team in promoting junior staff
• Carrying out technical concepts, analyses, and design of new features in close collaboration with our specialist colleagues
• Setting technical and methodological impulses within the team

• Completed education in computer science (e.g. university of applied sciences, university, ETH or equivalent qualification)
• 2–5 years of professional experience in developing modern web applications and working with technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript
• Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery (e.g. CloudBees/Jenkins, Maven, Tomcat, Nexus, GitLab)
• You score with teamwork skills, enjoy tackling new topics, and sharing your know-how
• Enjoy accompanying our applications throughout the entire product lifecycle, from conception to operation
• Very good German skills and an open, transparent communication style as well as a good understanding of Swiss German
