Team Leader for the Support IV Team
Workload: 80% - 100%
Due to the upcoming retirement of the team leader, we are seeking a committed individual with enthusiasm for leadership responsibility and a flair for organisational and process management.
The Support IV team performs the support tasks agreed with internal customers to assist the service processes in the IV office area. This includes, among other things, preparing paper incoming mail and electronic incoming mail for subsequent case processing, recording/mutating master and address data, registering applications for IV benefits, and finalising the processed outgoing mail (central printing and packaging) for integration measures. In addition, the Support IV team ensures processes in the areas of expert reports, recourse, file dispatch, case transfers, and more.
- Professional, personnel and administrative leadership of the Support IV team
- Open and clear communication both internally and externally
- Participation in corporate development and personnel recruitment
- Additional task: Ensuring infrastructure management at the Regional Administrative Centres at the interface between the Building Authority, SVA administrative business, and IV office
- Commercial or business management basic training
- Leadership or organisational training or willingness to complete this (CAS level)
- Several years of professional experience in the social insurance sector, ideally as a social insurance specialist
- Initial experience in a leadership or deputy role
- Affinity for administrative processes as well as digital and technical processes
- Enjoyment of a solution-oriented learning and development culture
- Independent, reliable and responsible working style
- Strong communication skills, high team spirit and networked thinking
