YOUR TASKS
- You support the ward management in professional, personnel and organisational matters
- You take responsibility in the absence of the ward management
- You are present in everyday nursing, support your team professionally and accompany employees as well as trainees
- You recognise development and optimisation potential and actively contribute your ideas to projects and processes
- You help shape the future of nursing – e.g. with new concepts or in interprofessional collaboration
YOUR PROFILE
- You are a qualified nurse HF/FH (DNII, AKP) with several years of experience in the acute sector
- You have leadership training or the willingness to complete it
- You work in a structured way, think holistically and bring business understanding
- You are resilient, responsible and strong in communication
- With your appreciative manner, you succeed in leading and inspiring employees, patients and doctors on an equal footing
