At the foot of the Jura and in the middle of the Three Lakes region lies Biel - a bilingual city, open to the world and with a special charm. Biel is not only known for its bilingualism and numerous excursion destinations in the surrounding area, but it also fills an important gap in psychiatric care for children and adolescents in the Bernese Jura, Biel, and the Seeland. In your free time, do you enjoy strolling through the old town with its many cafés and small shops? In the day clinic, we treat children aged 6 to 17. Mental health, two words that explain why it is worthwhile for staff to commit themselves every day to our children and adolescents. With you? The team follows and supports seven children within a French-speaking group in a semi-inpatient setting in a beautiful environment in Biel.
Your tasks
- You work with motivated colleagues within an interdisciplinary team, in which the fields of medicine, therapy, education, and nursing are represented
- You are committed to the well-being of children and are interested in systemic work.
- Close interdisciplinary cooperation requires commitment, flexibility, and team spirit
- You ensure the integration of children and adolescents as well as the adults in charge are at the centre of your thoughts and actions

Your profile
- You have completed a university of applied sciences degree in social work, experience in caring for school-age children, and good German language skills
- You demonstrate enthusiasm, autonomy, stress resilience, and the willingness to engage in appropriate dialogue with our patients and their relatives
- You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary environment
- You have good computer skills
- You are a native French (or German) speaker with very good knowledge of the other language, both spoken and written
