What is the role about?
You are responsible within the team for the entire payroll at the Reinach campus, including monthly and annual closing tasks, and ensure the correct processing of all social security processes. In addition, you advise employees on salary and SAP-/SuccessFactors topics, support in- and expats, and assist with audits and internal control system (ICS) processes.
What tasks will you take on?
- You are responsible with the team for the entire payroll at the Reinach campus, including monthly closings and year-end tasks.
- You manage the interface to the pension fund and ensure the correct processing of all social security processes.
- You prepare salary certificates, attestations, as well as meaningful statistics and evaluations.
- You advise employees on salary and social security topics and act as the central contact person for SuccessFactors and SAP topics.
- You support in- and expats including shadow payrolls and intercompany billing and participate in audits and ICS processes.
What do we expect from you?
- You have several years of experience in the payroll environment and social security.
- You have a commercial education and ideally further training as a Payroll Expert or a federal social insurance specialist.
- You are very proficient in SAP HR and know SuccessFactors advantageously.
- You work service-oriented, structured, and confidently handle sensitive personnel data.
- You communicate fluently in German and well in English (Level B2) and act professionally towards internal stakeholders.
