The thermal leisure complex of Bains de Saillon, in the heart of the Valais vineyards, brings together several activities: a thermal area composed of pools, a wellness mayens village with saunas and a Turkish bath, a thermal river, a Spa area, a fitness centre and a hotel area with a capacity of 145 rooms as well as themed restaurants.

To complete our team, we are looking for a:

Lifeguard 60-80% (m/f/d)

Your profile:

Holder of a Plus Pool or Pro Pool Certificate and BLS-AED certificateHas several years of experience in a similar positionExperience as a pool coordinator is an assetComfortable in customer contact and able to keep calm in complex situationsEnjoys working outdoors and has a good team spiritFlexible regarding working hours, including weekdays and weekendsGood command of French

Your tasks:

Ensure the surveillance of bathers in the poolsMaintain order, prevent accidents and intervene for first aidMaintenance of pool surroundingsApply and respect safety and crisis management proceduresEnsure the application and respect of the establishment's regulations, hygiene standards and safety rulesEnsure the analysis of pool waterWelcome and inform customersStable and varied employment within a dynamic teamThe advantages of a large company
