Tasks
- Needs-based, integrative and targeted special education (Cycle 1 and 2) for pupils with developmental, learning, performance or behavioural challenges as well as learning impairments.
- Close collaboration in the MR stage team, including joint planning and exchange
- Constructive cooperation with parents as well as participation in school events
- Active involvement in school development and projects
Requirements
- Ideally trained in school special needs education (or in training)
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- Strong relational skills – with a view to individual needs, clear structures, supportive learning environments and positive, appreciative interactions.
- Appreciative communication with children, parents and team
- Willingness to help shape the school and openness to new things
