About the job

• Welcome, accompany and care for our international guests personally, professionally and discreetly during their medical stay.
• Independently perform basic diagnostic services as well as ECGs, vital sign checks, HBOT treatments, InBody measurements and dressing changes, and support doctors in medical care.
• Recognise medical abnormalities and ensure timely medical assessment if necessary.
• Coordinate appointments and treatments between guests, doctors, therapists, clinic and resort areas.
• Carefully process medical documentation, reports and billing of medical services.
• Independently organise efficient workflows and promote solution-oriented collaboration with various specialist and hotel departments.

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH (or comparable medical training) with solid clinical experience.
• Enthusiasm for prevention, longevity, diagnostics and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Strong service orientation, polished appearance, high level of empathy, discretion and enjoyment in contact with international guests.
• Independent, structured working style and confident handling of digital systems (MS Office).
• Fluent German and good English skills (additional foreign languages are an advantage).
• Flexibility and willingness for occasional weekend/public holiday shifts.
