To further develop our branch in St.Gallen, we are therefore looking for you as the new Head of Construction/Craft. The role combines two central tasks: building the department and leading as well as further developing a team of personnel recruiters in the craft and construction sector.

Job Description

• Take responsibility for the development and growth of the craft/construction sector.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the sector in St.Gallen and the surrounding area.
• Identify new business opportunities and advance presence with companies in the construction/craft sector.
• Actively contribute to the strategy and further development of the sector.

2. Customer Acquisition
• Acquire new customers and build long-term business relationships.
• Support and further develop existing customers.
• Offer and implement solutions.
• Build a strong network in the craft/construction sector.

3. Lead by Example
• Recruit and place personnel for various professions in the craft/construction sector.
• Accompany customers and employees throughout the entire assignments.
• Manage your own customer and business portfolio in crafts and support it.

4. Lead and Promote the Team
• Lead, support and further develop a team of personnel recruiters in the craft sector.
• Actively support employees in daily business and business development.
• Set goals, monitor results and initiate appropriate measures to achieve targets.
• Create a positive, performance-oriented team culture focused on customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in personnel recruitment, ideally in the craft industry or construction.
• Leadership experience or a strong ability to lead, support and motivate a team.
• Strong sales talent and enthusiasm for business development.
