The Family Home Cooperative Zurich (FGZ) is a non-profit housing cooperative that creates and rents affordable and attractive living space for all generations. As one of the largest housing cooperatives in Switzerland, it positively shapes life in the Friesenberg neighborhood with nearly 2300 residential and some commercial properties in Zurich's district 3. For our team of caretakers, we are looking for a committed and professionally qualified person as Team Leader for Caretakers (100 %) starting September 1, 2025, or by agreement. Your tasks
  • You plan and organize the deployment of caretakers at a higher level
  • You design processes in your team
  • You assign repair orders to specialized companies and monitor the execution
  • You work operationally in your caretaker area
  • You participate in on-call and winter service
Our requirements
  • You have a craft training and further education with a federal certificate
  • You have experience in leading a (small) team
  • You are flexible and solution-oriented
  • You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
  • You hold a driver's license (Category B) and have good knowledge of MS Office
  • You can identify with the goals and values of a non-profit housing cooperative
