Introducing Klinik St. Katharinental
Klinik St. Katharinental in Diessenhofen is a company of Spital Thurgau AG with a total of 132 beds. In the historic surroundings of the former monastery, we offer musculoskeletal, internal medicine, oncological and geriatric rehabilitation, acute rheumatology and long-term care. We care for around 1,700 inpatient rehabilitation patients annually and provide an extensive outpatient service. - direct leadership responsibility and be responsible for the personnel, professional, organisational and economic management of the nursing team
- responsibility for the provision of professional nursing and care for our patients and their relatives from admission to discharge in a multiprofessional team
- ensuring continuous nursing and personnel development
- ensuring high nursing quality and continuous optimisation and implementation of workflows
- promoting professional team development and participating in nursing management meetings, working groups and training sessions
You bring with you
- a completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH, ideally with leadership experience
- leadership training or willingness to undertake such training
- several years of experience in a healthcare setting
- creativity, interactivity, resilience, decisiveness and assertiveness
- enjoy working in a team-oriented manner
- motivation to take on leadership tasks and gain insight into this interesting and varied role
