Would you like to pass on your expertise and professionally support learners on their path into the nursing profession? For our client, an established long-term care institution with over 150 employees, we are looking for a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH for the vocational training sector.
Requirements Profile
- Qualified nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
- Professional experience in long-term care
- Trainer course or SVEB 1 is an advantage
- Enjoyment in supporting and promoting learners
- Independent and responsible working style
Tasks
- Support and promote learners in everyday nursing
- Design learning and training situations
- Participate in qualification procedures and training processes
- Contribute to the further development of vocational training
