Your Tasks
- You warmly welcome callers and immediately build trust
- You carefully verify identity while protecting sensitive data
- You quickly find effective solutions for issues related to e-banking and card services
- You actively support customers with online banking services and mobile apps
- You reliably block cards in case of loss or suspected fraud
Your Profile
- You speak fluent High German and French (at least B2) and understand Swiss German effortlessly
- You love direct customer contact and communicate clearly and convincingly
- You bring experience from hospitality, retail, or other service sectors – career changers are welcome
- You are confident in using PC applications and digital tools
- Your criminal record and debt enforcement extract are impeccable
- You appreciate a hybrid model with a focus on home office
