The Tertianum Glasi residential and care centre offers comfortable and safe living for seniors in Bülach. The offer includes 62 senior apartments as well as 40 single rooms in the care department. A public bistro with an event room, open 7 days a week, rounds off the comprehensive offer at Tertianum Glasi. It opened its doors in summer 2022. The senior apartments and care rooms are part of the new Glasi area, a lively district with apartments, shops, offices, restaurants and a central meeting place.

Long-term care specialist nursing & care for day and late shifts (50-100%)

Your tasks

• Holistic care and nursing of guests in accordance with the mission statement and the nursing process
• Management of the nursing process
• Performing treatment nursing activities
• Taking on the position of day care manager
• Ensuring nursing and work quality and compliance with processes and concepts
• Leading case discussions
• Planning and accompanying medical visits
• Taking on tasks as a nursing contact person

Your profile

• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Completed EFZ training
• Willingness to work across departments in the nursing area
• Professional and leadership experience in long-term care desired
• Enjoyment in contact with older people
• Enjoyment in leading employees
• RAI and careCoach knowledge desired
• Confident communication in German, spoken and written
