Civil Engineering Team Leader (M/F)

As part of the development of our Temporary Sigma department dedicated to civil engineering, we are pleased to collaborate with a renowned company specialising in civil engineering structures, roadworks and public infrastructure.

Your responsibilities:

Supervise and motivate your teams on infrastructure sites (roads, bridges, civil engineering structures, networks). Organise daily work and ensure an efficient distribution of tasks.

Read and interpret technical plans, longitudinal/cross profiles and documents related to civil engineering works. Oversee the execution of works: Earthworks, formwork and concreting of civil engineering structures

Installation of pipes and networks Installation of chambers, manholes etc...

Roadworks (foundations, curbs, surfacing)

Ensure strict compliance with SUVA safety standards and internal procedures.

Control the quality of completed works and ensure their conformity.

Monitor site progress and report information to the site manager.

Manage equipment, site needs and primary supplies

We expect:

Team leader diploma in civil engineering or equivalent training.

Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as road builder, foundation builder, civil engineering mason or equivalent experience.

Proven experience as a team leader on civil engineering sites.

Mastery of techniques related to civil engineering structures and infrastructure works.

Natural leadership, ability to supervise and enforce instructions.

Good knowledge of safety standards and regulations in force in Switzerland.

Autonomy, rigour, sense of responsibility.

Good command of French, spoken and written.

Category B driving licence essential.

Key skills:
