This is your role

• Active customer acquisition and sale of service contracts

• Repair of all products in our portfolio

• Maintenance and inspection operations of mobile and fixed devices and equipment on site at the customer or at the regional workshop

• Checking/assisting with spare parts in the service vehicle

• Processing service reports

This is what defines you

• Successfully completed vocational training as a car or heavy vehicle mechanic, mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, electrical engineer, plant construction, hydraulics, or comparable training

• Ideally, experience in field service

• Driving licence class B (preferably BE)

• Confident relations with customers, independent and solution-oriented working method

• Affinity for Office applications

• Enjoy working, planning and organising independently

• Language skills in English and German are an advantage.
