Active customer acquisition and sale of service contracts
Repair of all products in our portfolio
Maintenance and inspection operations of mobile and fixed devices and equipment on site at the customer or at the regional workshop
Checking/assisting with spare parts in the service vehicle
Processing service reports
This is what defines you
Successfully completed vocational training as a car or heavy vehicle mechanic, mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, electrical engineer, plant construction, hydraulics, or comparable training
Ideally, experience in field service
Driving licence class B (preferably BE)
Confident relations with customers, independent and solution-oriented working method
Affinity for Office applications
Enjoy working, planning and organising independently
Language skills in English and German are an advantage.
