Job Description
In this position, you are responsible for the independent programming of CNC milling machines with HSM-Works as well as for setting up Heidenhain controls. You manufacture precise individual parts and spare parts according to technical drawings and specifications. Additionally, you operate wire and sinker EDM machines and create corresponding programs with mechanics. Conventional turning as well as precise surface grinding are also part of your duties. You ensure that the manufactured components meet the highest quality and precision requirements.We expect
- You have completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or a comparable technical education.
- Ideally, you have experience in CNC programming with HSM-Works and handling Heidenhain controls. Knowledge in conventional turning and surface grinding is an advantage.
- You work independently, precisely and reliably and gladly take responsibility for your tasks. A structured working method, technical understanding and manual skills characterise you.
- Furthermore, you are a team player, communicate openly and have an interest in modern manufacturing technologies as well as digital processes in production.
