Looking for several Polishers / Finishing Operators (M/F) – Geneva

As part of supporting several watchmaking manufacturers based in Geneva, we are looking for several polishers / manual finishing operators to strengthen the production teams.

Tasks:

• Carry out manual finishing operations on bracelet components and watch parts made of precious metals
• Perform polishing, grinding, satin finishing and brightening work according to the required quality standards
• Ensure production monitoring and respect manufacturing rates
• Control the dimensional and aesthetic quality of the produced parts
• Strictly apply manufacturing instructions and procedures
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of quality and productivity

Profile:

• Training in polishing, manual finishing or equivalent VET diploma
• Proven experience of at least 3 to 4 years in manual finishing
• Experience in an industrial environment, ideally in watchmaking or jewellery
• Good command of production tools and basic IT skills
• 2-shift and 3-shift systems
