Dispatcher (m/f/d)

Reprojet is the leading Swiss provider in the field of ultra-high-pressure water jetting up to 3000
bar and the specialist in concrete repair, cleaning, cement skin removal,
fair-faced concrete processing as well as concrete removal from coatings to large volumes in tunnels,
bridges, buildings, etc..
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and reliable dispatcher
(m/f/d) with technical understanding and mechanical knowledge. In this versatile
role, you are responsible for the optimal deployment planning of personnel, machines and
vehicles on our construction sites.

Tasks

What tasks await you as a dispatcher (m/f/d)?

• Scheduling and coordination of construction machinery, vehicles, employees & the
  workshop
• Organisation of maintenance, repair and service work with the workshop
• Planning, monitoring and optimisation of daily deployments
• Ensuring efficient utilisation of the machine and vehicle fleet
• Contact person for suppliers & employees
• Support & participation in technical clarifications and troubleshooting
• Compliance with safety, quality and deadline requirements

Requirements

What requirements do you bring as a dispatcher (m/f/d)?

• Strong technical or manual experience, preferably as a mechanic,
  agricultural machinery mechanic, construction machinery mechanic, truck mechanic or
  equivalent
• Good mechanical and technical knowledge
• Professional experience in dispatch, logistics or main or secondary construction trades
  is an advantage
• Organisational talent as well as solution-oriented and independent working style integrated
  in the team
• Resilience and assertiveness even in hectic situations
• Good PC user skills
• Driving licence category B, additional categories advantageous
• German spoken and written
