HVAC Maintenance Technician M/F
>>> Responsibilities:
- Check the proper functioning of HVAC installations
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary)
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults
- Participate in testing new installations
- Coordinate subcontractors and supervise maintenance providers
- Write specifications for technical projects
- Manage the supply of equipment and consumables
>>> Profile sought:
Holding a Federal VET Diploma as a heating or sanitary installer or an equivalent qualification, you have proven experience in maintaining HVAC installations.
You are comfortable with IT (MS Office).
Meticulous and autonomous, you know how to manage your priorities in a demanding environment.
Finally, you have team spirit, a service mindset, and good interpersonal skills.
