You support the efficient planning of operations, interventions and beds, work with various specialist departments and make a significant contribution to the smooth running of the clinic.

YOUR TASKS
- Bed planning according to nursing priorities including morning bed coordination on weekends from home office
- Administrative care of our patients – from registration to admission
- Admission of elective treatments including creating operations in the system
- Communication with attending physicians, patients as well as internal/external partners
- Independent work within an interdisciplinary team
YOUR PROFILE
- Education: Health specialist EFZ, commercial basic training in the hospital sector, medical practice assistant EFZ or equivalent training.
- Experience: Knowledge in the OR environment, OR coordination or comparable disposition functions is desirable.
- Communication and IT skills: Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as clear, target-group appropriate communication. Advanced MS Office skills.
- Working method: Structured, responsible working style. Process-oriented, networked thinking.
- Teamwork: Team player spirit, service orientation and resilience even in hectic situations.
