THIS IS WHAT YOU DO
- Support our department heads in all organisational and administrative matters (appointment coordination, travel planning, workshops, events and meetings)
- Co-responsibility for the planning and implementation of smaller staff events as well as staff gifts
- Collaboration in the Corporate Services area, in particular:
> Administration of the central contract filing system
> Publishing news contributions
> Organisation and booking of travel
> Taking on various administrative tasks
> Site support including catering organisation for the Sursee location
THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training
- Initial professional experience in a similar role
- Thanks to your structured and methodical way of working, you keep an overview even with multiple tasks
- Proactive and initiative action as well as interest in taking responsibility to ensure a high level of service orientation
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
