About the job
Manager: Key Account Projects & Quality (a) 100%- You create and analyse customer reports as well as KPI evaluations
- You conduct quality management, monitor service quality and initiate optimisation measures
- You coordinate and accompany contract changes in the change management process
- You further develop processes, guidelines and manuals
- You coordinate and prepare nationwide orders and prepare results for the customer
- You support account management with operational and organisational matters
- You organise and coordinate meetings, training sessions and events
- You independently and responsibly develop and lead smaller projects
- Completed vocational training or further education at HF/FH level with sound knowledge in business administration, facility management or a comparable field
- Very good networked and analytical thinking as well as organisational skills
- Independent, precise and goal-oriented working style with perseverance and assertiveness
- Strong communication and customer orientation
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Very good German; French skills are an advantage
