For our client, an established long-term care institution with over 150 employees in the Schaffhausen region, we are looking for a committed certified nurse HF/FH who enjoys professional responsibility and quality development.
Requirements Profile
- Training as a certified nurse HF/FH or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care
- Enjoyment in passing on expertise and professionally supporting employees
- Interest in quality development and nursing specialist topics
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- High professional and social competence
Tasks
- Ensuring and further developing nursing quality
- Professional support and assistance of the nursing team
- Taking over case management in demanding nursing situations
- Contributing to the further development of nursing standards and processes
- Active participation in direct care
